Ness Auto Sales and Service is looking for a motivated Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Lodi, Wisconsin. If you’re passionate about cars, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career in the automotive industry, this is a great opportunity to grow with a trusted local shop.
Work with experienced technicians on vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and fluid services
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow shop procedures and safety standards
Strong interest in automotive repair and technology
Willingness to learn and grow your skills every day
Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive schooling is a plus, but not required
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license
