CDL A DRIVER POSITIONS

OTR: 1099 POSITION

• 27% of the same as % of pay
• $25 for any extra stops or picks
• 25% of detention, if applicable

REGIONAL: 1099 POSITION

• 27% of the same as % of pay
• $25 for any extra stops or picks
• 25% of detention, if applicable

LEASE PURCHASE OWNER OPERATORS

• 73% of the line haul 100% of any stop or pay 90% of any detention and 98% of any FSC.
• No trailer rental charge and no charge for Cargo Insurance.

We run all refrigerated 53' trailers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• MINIMUM 100,000 MILES AND TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE.
• Reefer experience preferred.
• Positive attitude: when you commit to a load, you will be required to haul that load.
• No alcohol/drug related convictions within the past five years (DUI, DWI, OWI, and open container). This includes alcohol-related convictions which may have been pleaded to a lesser charge such as careless driving.
• No major violations within the past three years. Major violations include: reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years. Moving violations include, but are not limited to the following: excessive speed, failure to yield, illegal lane change, careless driving, following too closely, etc.
• NO HABITUAL VIOLATORS! Habitual violators are defined as having more than eight moving violations in the past five years.
• No current restrictions on driving privileges.
• No suspensions for points or major violations within the past year.
• Clean PSP Report.
