Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern with a strong interest in content creation and social media initiatives . This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, design, and digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop engaging content, manage social channels, and support campaigns that drive awareness and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including graphics, short-form videos, stories, and posts.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with brand voice and goals.
• Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and website content to support inbound marketing.
• Learn and use the CRM platform to send marketing materials and manage follow-up campaigns.
• Help with marketing events and strategies that attract and convert new customers.
• Monitor and track social media performance using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations.
• Research trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform content strategy.
• Support day-to-day marketing tasks such as scheduling posts, managing the content calendar, and brainstorming campaign ideas.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to gather stories, testimonials, and updates for digital platforms (collect photos and videos out on jobsites).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and trends.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Video editing or photography skills are a plus.

This is an intern position that may lead to full time employment.
