Reporting & Analytics Business Support Consultant

What You'll Do : As a Reporting & Analytics Business Support Consultant you'll serve as a key liaison between business partners and technical teams, driving the development of new reporting and analytics solutions. You will also:


•Lead collaborative sessions to define key metrics, performance indicators, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights.


•Develop and deliver clear, timely communications, including action plans, timelines, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.


•Partner with internal and external technical teams to gather, document, and share business requirements for reporting productions and solutions.


•Engage in ongoing knowledge sharing with data analysts to deepen mutual understanding of business and technical processes, enhancing awareness of constraints and opportunities during development.


•Support the analytics team in testing and validating reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.


•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to serve as a trusted point of contact to ensure successful outcomes.


•Contribute to the design and enhancement of dashboards and visualizations that improve data accessibility and comprehension.


What It Takes to Lead Our Team:


•College degree or equivalent plus six years of relevant experience required.


•Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate strong leadership, oral and written communication skills.


•Excellent organization, time management, and the ability to work and manage multiple priorities.


•Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills required.


•PowerBI knowledge preferred.


•Business acumen in property and casualty insurance preferred.
