\n\nJob Details:
\n• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit with a varied work schedule
\n• Stroke experience required with NIHSS certification mandatory
\n• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to professional standards
\n• Current RN license required in state of practice or compact licensure
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
\n• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in specialty area
\n• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
\n• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs
\n• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care including discharge planning
\n• Delegate and supervise healthcare team activities
\n• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching
\n• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
\n• Participate in unit shared leadership and education of personnel
\n• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maintain physical agility for patient care
\n• Must demonstrate clinical performance competencies appropriate to ICU practice
